Putting aside the ‘work stuff’ I'm...
A proud father of two,
A keen gig going music fan usually attending 6 or more festivals a year
A guitar player who writes and records his own music
An art gallery lover particularly portraits and modern art
A very average social badminton player
A constantly fascinated and hungry reader around psychology and human behaviour
And the work stuff…
First and foremost I am a qualified coach with many years experience and techniques across a highly varied range of areas. I have an ILM Level 7 Diploma in Executive coaching and mentoring and am a qualified NLP practitioner.
I have 30+ years in commercial environments and have led corporate takeovers, worked with fast growing companies and start ups, reviewed hundreds of business plans, chaired executive boards and been a vice chair of a Further Education college.
I’ve been a director successfully leading teams when I was out of my depth, done presentations that the future of the business depended on that scared me, been involved with frustrating and complex people issues, started up my own business and been stressed and burnt out and came back stronger!
…And several years ago became a Business and Life Coach finally finding what I wish I had been doing from the start of my career!
I bring together my passion for coaching, psychology and human behaviour with my commercial experience and organisation skills to work practically to help people with their businesses, careers and personal development.
Whilst I’m very serious about my coaching and how I serve my clients, I believe that truly enjoying the conversation is a vital ingredient in both work and life.
